1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Used or washed items
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items:

  • Shipping fees

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item sent

If your item qualifies for an exchange, we will ship a replacement once the original item has been received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in production or shipping.
